In my case, my insurance carrier roadside assistance towed my stranded truck to them and dropped it off. I left a phone message asking Wills Wrecker diagnose and fix it. They are rude and very lazy I have at least 500 pounds of short steel and 100 pounds of tin they gave me 600pounds of tin on my receipt. Complete laziness and very rude from the start to the end
Do not recommend, employees are extremely rude and ignorant in the scrap yard
Wills Wrecker came through for me! Needed a tire change on my RV while traveling in NY and they were recommended by the campground office. It was a busy day for them, due to the weather, but they made it happen. Tom is a stand up guy and made things right. I recommend Wills Wrecker!
Wills Wrecker has always been very helpful. Kind, courteous and quick to schedule appointments...I highly recommend Wills Wrecker for service. Update: I scheduled an inspection. I was way overdue for an oil change and tire rotation. We talked it over, Danielle/Melissa went above and beyond to get all three services done, and done very quickly. I highly recommend Wills service and repair.
