My appointment was for 10:40. I was called to the back at 11:45. He spent less than 10 minutes with me which included doing a scope. Told me my bladder prolapse was not bad (although it was a level 3 and was causing pain), but he can do surgery or I could go to my gynecologist for a pessary because he did not know anything about them. Not at all happy with this doctor.
Dr Wills great. Ladies out front in office area not so much. Lack of empathy and grace. Especially scheduling/billing supervisor. Due to insurance issue which is being resolved, I was denied my office visit even though I offered to pay for today’s visit.
The reason he always runs behind is he takes as long as needed with everyone and doesn’t turn anyone away in need. Amazing Doctor!
Dr. Hollier was very personable, took all the time needed, and asked a few times if I had more questions! I felt comfortable immediately with the nurse who checked me in and the doctor! I would recommend him to friends, as a friend did to me. He recommended conservative, one step at a time treatment!
I waited an hour twenty minutes and never even got to see the doctor or nurse for that matter. I told one of the office ladies I needed reschedule my appointment because I had other appointments that day and unlike some people I like to be on time and I cant stand to have someone waiting on me. She seemed disinterested that I wasn't happy about not being seen in a timely manner, but she did offer to reschedule me if I wanted to do so. Treats patients by their age, not as an individual. He skirts around issues and doesn't address concerns in a timely manner. Instead, he has patients return for follow-up rather than address the problem at the initial appointment. Dr. Hollier would rather medicate than find the cause of the problem.

My oldest has seen Dr. Vick for 9 years. He would always keep saying “we will see how he looks at the next appointment” which would be 6 months to a year later. The last time we showed up for our appointment, the receptionist informed us that Dr. Vick no longer is taking our insurance. They never called me before hand to let me know this. Excellent, if anything I was the obnoxious one. Dr. Wills and staff went above and beyond in my time of need. I was in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes. After seeing me and seeing the amount of pain I was in he immediately sent me to have a procedure done to remove my stones. The E.R. doesn't expedite that quickly. Thanks Dr. Wills and Crew Danny F.
