Dr. Wills and his staff are the best.
I left a review back in april with one star but it seems to have vanished so i will try again.. I was due for a surgery back in april and i went up there to get the paperwork for the next day surgery... I waited in the waiting room with the other patients for 20 minutes , thats not a big deal, here is where the problem starts.....Dr. Wills head nurse comes out and calls my name but i guess failed to see me and INSTANTLY shuts the door before i could even stand up! I find myself surprised at those who have offered complaints about Dr. Will's staff or Dr. Wills. I have been a patient under Dr. Wills care for a number of years with no complaints. He has been professional, yet personable; his procedure and testing protocol is thorough. On one occasion he personally called me about a test finding - a surprising event considering that with most medical professionals it is a staff member making such calls. Dr Wills great. Ladies out front in office area not so much. Lack of empathy and grace. Especially scheduling/billing supervisor. Due to insurance issue which is being resolved, I was denied my office visit even though I offered to pay for today’s visit.
Excellent, if anything I was the obnoxious one. Dr. Wills and staff went above and beyond in my time of need. I was in the waiting room no more than 10 minutes. After seeing me and seeing the amount of pain I was in he immediately sent me to have a procedure done to remove my stones. The E.R. doesn't expedite that quickly. Thanks Dr. Wills and Crew Danny F.
Awful bedside manner . The staff was absolutely RUDE ! I highly recommend seeing a better urologist .
Dr. Wills seems like a good doctor but his staff leaves alot to be desired. They are rude and inconsiderate. It took 3 hours for them to give papers to patient to bring to surgery center. This was after his staff had called to schedule appt to pick up papers. Still 3 hour wait.
