Dr. Wills and his staff are the best.
This man--along with his nurse--seemed totally removed from providing medical care. Questions were not answered; calls were not returned; major issues with medications. It was as if they were not interested in my health and the side effects of my situation. There was ONE nice, competent individual in the office area. Other than being helped by her, I wasted time and money by dealing with Dr. Vick.
As I initially mentioned, I accommodated my mother to her appointment on Monday, but did not go into the Dr.’s office with her like I did her Cardiology appointment earlier that morning. I assumed she would be in good hands. I was wrong in that assumption. My mother, Lucille Anderson is ninety-six years old and as you may imagine, is frail and needs assistance from time to time with maneuvering around and stepping up and down. Professional and excellent follow up…. Answered all my questions. Was recommended by my PCP and I have trusted him for decades.
Dr. Vick removed my right kidney back in 2006. Renal cell Carcinoma. Along with his fantastic staff, he has maintained my left kidney in good working order. At one time he busted up a large kidney stone that was too big to pass with his ray gun. didn't hurt a bit. The Anastasia was so good that I saw cowboy movies in the X-ray light up screens along the wall near the ceiling. I passed some small stones last month and brought them in for "Show and Tell." I had surgery in Aug this year. They took the longest time getting the insurance documents back. Now the insurance fax documents on the 4 of October that haven't been returned. It's the 26. When I called to check on them. I felt disrespected the way the nurse talking to me about it. First she said they didn't have it and was giving me the fax number. When someone informed her of the document that's been there since the 4 of October. So unprofessional the way I was treated.
I left a review back in april with one star but it seems to have vanished so i will try again.. I was due for a surgery back in april and i went up there to get the paperwork for the next day surgery... I waited in the waiting room with the other patients for 20 minutes , thats not a big deal, here is where the problem starts.....Dr. Wills head nurse comes out and calls my name but i guess failed to see me and INSTANTLY shuts the door before i could even stand up! Despite being a very busy doctor, Dr. Posner is simply the best urologist I have ever seen. I had prostate cancer surgery nearly 10 years ago and he was patient listen to my concerns and was extremely attentive to my anxiety. You just can’t beat experience there’s just no such straightforward and he is rock solid and his diagnose , Surgical school, and follow up.
I find myself surprised at those who have offered complaints about Dr. Will's staff or Dr. Wills. I have been a patient under Dr. Wills care for a number of years with no complaints. He has been professional, yet personable; his procedure and testing protocol is thorough. On one occasion he personally called me about a test finding - a surprising event considering that with most medical professionals it is a staff member making such calls.
