December 15, 2025 10:AM: I had to wait 1:35 hours, (Not a happy patient), before being admitted to surgery room for a Cataract procedure. . The worse part to think about is I have to go back for the other eye. I came here to find out that this, (normal at this location). Check these locations before subjecting yourself to this time-wasting, Back painful conditions.
The waiting room is quite big to accommodate all the patients who must wait hours to be seen. If you are lucky you get to move from room to room to have techs check your eyes (they never tell you what they are checking) and then you get to wait in another waiting room. This is disrespectful to say the least and clearly is all about making money and not at all about patient centered care.
Absolutely horrible experience. They were over 2 hours late (for early am appointment). There weren’t enough chairs in the waiting room. Staff was not helpful.
