DO NOT TRUST THEM! We have had a number of issues and I have been meaning to write this review. But the electrical FIRE they caused today was the straw that broke the camels back, as they say. My husband and I brought them our 2009 Passport in December 2022 for a quick winterization, and they got us in right before Christmas, got us taken care of, able to drive away and park, and get home in time to weather the storm, which we much appreciated. Installed inverter/converter and lithium batteries. None of it was hooked up correctly, every connection was loose, nothing secured or wired properly and several key connections were not made. Refrigerator doesn't get power, AC overload vault, never disconnected original converter, a dozen loose wires dangling in the compartment... just terrible and potential shock hazards. RecommendedUnlike the dealer we were working with at Camping World in DeForest, the dealer at Wills was able to get us into the camper we wanted by giving us a reasonable trade value on our 3 year old camper, and a discounted price on our new Keystone camper. They also gave us some incentive discounts to purchase some accessories for our new camper. Overall, best camper buying experience in 35 years of being a camping enthusiast!
Very friendly, took extra time w/ us to make sure we knew everything about our new/used camper, and even helped us hook up to our truck. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a camper!!!

When I first started looking into buying my camper I was very new and unsure. The people at wills took a great amount of time to help me understand all the in's and outs. Although I ended up buying from another dealer it was ONLY because wills didn't sell the model I needed. I still take my camper there for service every season. Nice honest people. Very helpful.
