terrible terrible terrible... they sold me a truck who's transmission failed a month later. I bought the warranty. they have no idea how to file a claim with the warranty and I've had to call twice a day to micro manage the process and it still isn't filed. they've had my truck for almost a month now and nothing is getting done... in the past i've had my truck come back with a missing lug nut after taking it in for a routine oil change. my brother-in-law took his truck in and they damaged his brakes. good luck at this dealer... read more

We have dealt with Chad Klemann with every purchase and lease we have done with Wills Toyota. He's always been pleasant, polite, professional, and a lot of fun. He is very knowledgeable about Toyotas and their workings. Will always choose him first when we are shopping!!
