Dr. Wills is very knowledgable and professional, however after a lengthy treatment period, and promises of being able to use his new equipment traction table, there were some issues that caused me to question the practice. I was treated for upper and lower back pain. After my adjustments, I was placed on the older traction system which consists of a chest strap and foam cushions. From the moment I walked in Dr Wills’ office, the care, professionalism and treatments were exceptional. Dr. Wills listened to me and thoroughly explained my situation and his recommendations to not only relieve my symptoms but how I could ameliorate my condition. I cannot recall the last time that a doctor spend this amount of valuable time with me. I highly recommend a visit if you have any back issues.
I have been to many chiropractors over the years, all said the same thing. My upper back hurt and my head protruded forward. All due to many years of working on a computer. I had exercises to do but didn’t really help. No one ever offered a solution until I met Chad Wills. I did traction three times a week for three months and lay on my denneroll everyday. X-rays show good improvement and I’m now much better. I still lay on my denneroll every day and if my back hurts this takes the pain away.
