Our family waited to the last minute to celebrate Nana's 93rd birthday and threw together a gathering which grew to over 60 people with all the children, grand and great grandchildren. A last minute search for caterers to avoid the hassle of "pot luck" resulted in few "taco carts" available. Will Cox name popped up in the local foodies group and we gave him a call.
