I’ve been coming to Will’s Automotive for over 16 years, and I can confidently say they’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review. Willie has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He takes the time to explain things clearly and offers honest advice when repairs are needed, something that’s hard to find these days. Although I did not pass my smog check, Willi was immensely insightful about my issues and was able to provide me excellent advice and resources to address them. He was kind and patient, despite having numerous people and him being the only staff member there. The test + wait time was roughly 20 minutes, and the atmosphere was nice enough that I was able to enjoy a book. Excellent job! 12 out of 10 would recommend!
Well, I'll start off with, I've been a client of this establishment for 14 years now. Wills Automotive is the right place to go if you're in need of an emission test for the D.M.V. tag renewal. Will's Automotive is great. Had a great coffee met a new friend while waiting. My old clunker failed but Will advised me of a program to get cash to retire my vehicle. It was a win, I needed the incentive to get a newer car, I'd just been dragging my feet. I will bring all my cars here .
Good place to go ...will give a precheck..knowledgeable...able to give you an answer as to what if there is an issue with system as to what problem would be versus others. Who will simply say it wont pass
