If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would — and it still wouldn’t be enough to express how furious I am with this pathetic excuse for service. I placed an order for a part over a week ago, on Wednesday. I was notified that the item had been collected for shipping and would arrive today — a full week later. But guess what? BUYER BEWARE! Dodgy ebay seller. Purchased item from them via ebay, opened product to find all 4 pieces were broken/damaged. Requested a refund under Australian Consumer Rights and they have continued to refuse to provide a full refund (charging me shipping for damaged goods).
I needed to replace the rear tail light assembly (LHS) on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. I stupidly backed into a truck and cracked the lens. A new one (complete assembly - you can't buy just the lens) from the Hyundai dealer was going to cost $1690. Chris, from Will's Auto Parts sourced a genuine, brand new assembly for me, for less than $600. He advised when it would arrive, and true to his word, it was delivered on time, securely and safely packaged. It is a genuine part, and I've fitted it to my car. Perfect!
