George and his team at Willrich they reply on Quotes within 24 hr or less and they are very competitive on pricing. Also their lead times are the excellent and they are always there when you need them. We have purchased several inspection equipment and tools over the last 15-20 years.
Over a period of 20 plus years, I have been informed and impressed with the level of service that I have received and continue to receive. I have to thank my father-in-law for the recommendation and introduction to Willrich. Not only do I receive "best in class service" but the support is Steller. I've done over $10M worth of business with Willrich for a variety of automated projects at multiple sites. CMMs, Vicis, custom LVDTs, these guys have never let me down, and have excellent customer service.
The worst company I have ever tried to conduct business with. I ordered a micrometer and I received no emails regarding the purchase. After hearing nothing for 10 days, I reached out (since they charged my card) and they decided then to inform me that the micrometer was discontinued and they would refund me. That email was followed up with them saying they sent me the new micrometer style without even asking me.
