Shoulder pain was effecting many of the activities I enjoy. Anything overhead hurt like pull-ups, and lifting overhead. As well as serving a tennis ball and sleeping on my side without paying for it later. Will did a thorough assessment and found exactly where I needed to get stronger and where I was missing mobility. In just twelve sessions the pain was gone! I’m back to training CrossFit the way I want to, and I’m playing tennis pain-free. I highly recommend Will. I tore the plantar fascia tendon in my foot. After it healed, I worked with Will and he created a tailored PT rehab plan to restrengthen everything and get me fully back athletically. A great experience.
