Straight from overseas, and bike has been crated. They took extra measures to make sure my bike was serviced completely and for a great price. Offered a tow service and wash. Documented and videotaped all maintenance actions to ensure nothing was left out. Really helped me understand their process and how much they care about the craft! Will and his daughter are top notch in both their expertise, business etiquette, and service. Willpower motorcycle has the best service, pricing, and turnaround time in all of the DMV. They changed my tire while I waited and were very fast without cutting any corners. I have tried other shops in the area for my motorcycles before - never again. Willpower motorcycle is now the only place I will ever go for all of my motorcycle needs. Give them a call, I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.

I've told Will "I hope you're in business as long as I'm able to ride!"! He communicates, he's thorough, he's knowledgeable, and a man of his word! I found out about his shop through his dad, this is the second time I've had my bike there, and both times I've been extremely satisfied. He explains everything, including the price for his work. In this day and age where motorcycle service businesses are "disappearing", it's good to know there are still places you can trust . . .
