A great place to workout without intimidation, pressure or judgement. Highly recommend to those who are sick of over-crowded gyms and are in need of guidance and motivation from friendly, knowledgable trainers!

Amazing gym! So glad that I found this gym after following my trainer from another gym. Shoutout to zowie for being the greatest trainer I have ever met and always get to have a good chat with her which distracts me from the workout and her gruelling but enjoyable core at the end of every session.
