The 2 people who manage & look after the buildings{8} are excellent & do their jobs as best they can. However, there is a major SAFETY issue with the side door needing repairs. It is accessible to anyone walking off the street 24 hours a day & a major concern for the tenants. Also, there is a dog on the main floor who constantly barks -sometimes for more than 3 hrs. straight & the owners who are away during the day do nothing about it. The building is in a beautiful location and on a quiet street. I love how close it is to my workplace and adore the child-friendly residential neighbourhood. The management is great about responding to emergencies and non-emergency requests. The apartments facing south are absolute aces in winter and the ones facing north have lovely view of northern lights so it is a win-win! Very affordable and livable. Lucky to be here :)
