Wrost rental service. Booked an appointment and nobody showed up to show the unit. I don't understand what kind of business is this. Very unprofessional, called multiple times and staffs were not even apologetic. They don't respect your time so it's better to look for different options. Pathetic service.. How are you going to serve your tenants with this attitude?? I'll take my business elsewhere.
The 2 people who manage & look after the buildings{8} are excellent & do their jobs as best they can. However, there is a major SAFETY issue with the side door needing repairs. It is accessible to anyone walking off the street 24 hours a day & a major concern for the tenants. Also, there is a dog on the main floor who constantly barks -sometimes for more than 3 hrs. straight & the owners who are away during the day do nothing about it.
