5/5 stars for willowside dental! Lucas and the hygienists are all so lovely and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and have the best treatment possible. I've never had to wait long and haven't had any issues charging to insurance. I love how the office is decorated - it feels warm and cozy like the inside of a cabin. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Will go here for years to come!
The dentist is very nice and very thorough. Their team is very nice and accommodating. I just personally dont like the way insurance is handled here. After being told I was good to go, I got an email saying I owed money for that visit about 6 months later. It's never been an issue for me at other clinics, so I'll look around in the meantime. I would highly recommend the dental team here regardless.

I had the same dentist for the first 25 years of my life, since he retired 8 years ago I’ve gone to 4 different dental clinics. Each time I left unsatisfied, unheard and rushed out the doors. So today I was completely blown away with the level of service I got from Dr. Lucas and his team at willow side dental. The office isn’t your typical sterile white office, it’s wooden vaulted ceilings and brick walls gives off cozy cabin vibes. His team is great! Really happy I found this place 10/10 recommend
Edit to add- No one has reached out to me. All staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Hygienists were fast and skilled. However, I knew at the beginning of March I would be due for a cleaning soon so I tried contacting multiple times to book an appointment and the phone was never answered. When they eventually contacted me it was at 9 in the morning and like I predicted would happen I missed the call.
