I have called a few plumbers and electricians etc to assist me in the house water and heating issues and most have been poor correspondence. However, Willowserve have been amazing!! Just the fact that there is someone to pick up the phone is a brilliant thing these days!, no AI, no answer phone etc, just a friendly voice. I called them on Monday and they came out Wednesday. We needed a new boiler so called willowserve. Karl and his team were very helpful and professional. Karl explained everything and recommended which boiler to have. The team all did an amazing job. We ended up having to have a whole new heating system installed due to leaks in our old pipes under the floor. We were even offered a heater to borrow. Nothing too much for these guys. Our ancient gas boiler packed up recently and Willowserve installed a new one. They were very professional both in giving advice on all the options and when installing the replacement which was a major job as the system itself needed updating. Highly recommended.
