Came for a scheduled massage, doors were locked and no one answered the phone or texts. Don't even try ever coming to this place. Absolutely terrible communication and they ghost you entirely. Just in case the owner tries to fight me on it here's the text proof. Waited hours for response on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday comes and no one is there. Extremely poor customer service. I spent over $100 on a pilates package and was unable to redeem it due to them never answering me. I contacted them three times (through email, calling, and then calling and leaving a message) over multiple days with no reply from them whatsoever. I had to speak with Groupon customer service to be able to get a refund due to this place being unreliable. I've taken Pilates classes at Willow Wellness Center since 2017. Both Miranda and Patti are phenomenal instructors. The class sizes are small, so you really receive the extra attention and assistance with form. When I first started taking classes I wasn’t in the best shape. Now, I’m stronger than ever and in the best shape I’ve ever been. I look forward to my classes every week and I am consistently challenged. I highly recommend the Pilates classes at Willow Wellness Center.
