We were referred to Willows from our normal vets. Bryn and all the staff were amazing at diagnosing and treating my cat. Twice a day we were updated, to keep us informed of everything. All of the phonecalls were very thorough and allowed us opportunity to ask any questions we had. Even after we have taken her home, they are still calling to check on her progress and support her recovery away from the practice. Both treatment and after care have been amazing. Thank you all! ☺️
Will Robinson was exceptional today. It will be ongoing but initial feedback and feeling is that he will handle this matter in the best possible way. We feel our gorgeous boy is in good hands.
A superb service in the most stressful of times. The neurology team phoned me daily, explained everything, and my very anxious and nervous dog emerged from surgery really well and calm.
