Christina and her team have looked after my Frankie after Grade 5 IVDD no dps, they are very informative, compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend them to care for your pooches x
i would never use this service again... on arrival in 24 degrees of heat with my dog having had major surgery I was told at reception to take a seat to wait for help to get him out of the car as he was 33kos and very drugged... I said it's 24 degrees I can't leave him in the car!!! So went out opened everything up for air. 15 minutes passed still no help... went back in saw the other receptionist who took my details again then proceeded to chat to a passing staff member about the kitchen/lunch before finally phoning for help... read more
I took my dog teddy to see Alexia the vet , and to say I have been dealing with various vets about my dogs condition , taking teddy to willows has by far been the most exceptional experience following fantastic service and help I have had to date . They have made this whole process so smooth sailing and although my dog had to have an operation they made sure I felt at ease with how he was feeling and getting on at willows .
