We cannot give high enough praise to the neurosurgical team at the Willows. Our dog suddenly lost the use of his back legs and he was diagnosed with a disc herniation and had it operated on within hours. Everyone we met was highly professional and kept us well informed and explained everything clearly.
Superb and highly advanced care for my cat with a compound femur fracture.
It has been an amazing experience for me and Ellie my Labrador. Will Robinson Head of Soft Tissue has performed work on Ellie’s paw and hopefully she will be back doing what she loves to do most - going on walks and playing with my other Labrador. All the staff I met were very professional and helpful . I can highly recommend The Willows a first class veterinary practice.
I've used the Willows three times over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them. The first time was for TPLO surgery for my Labrador, Marley, after he ruptured one of his cruciate ligaments. The orthopaedics team were brilliant. He was able to come home quickly and his recovery went so well. The second time was for an MRI scan for Marley after he had two seizures out of the blue. They are Absolutely Shocking, dispicable, Appalling, disgusting vets, people love to believe the good reviews but you need to read the bad reviews, no one likes to believe the bad reviews, until it happens to you, but that's the risk people can take, these vets will Continue to make serious errors and they quick to take as much money as they can get from you!! 🤢 WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION against this company it's not over yet !
