I tell everyone to avoid this place. When we rented, they regularly missed services, and left the side gates wide open (not great for a high crime town). When I purchased a house, they did offer a good monthly service rate, but never responded to my request for a green pool treatment. I ended up using another company, then they turned up a MONTH after my enquiry, charged me for a service they didn't do, even though I never confirmed I wanted them to even service. This company is totally unreliable. They missed 3 services. I phoned after 2 missed services to be told they couldn’t be there before the date the next service was due. I phoned 3 days after the service due date to be told it would be another 2 weeks. I went away for 2 weeks in January, a service was due while I was away. I received the bill, but returned to a green pool. Do not use this company.
These guys and girls are friendly, reliable and just get the job done. Wether you need chemicals or pool components, or just want your water tested, they have it all. I don't bother with any one else.
Not knowing a lot about pools I was using another service in town costing me a fortune always recommending huge amounts of chemicals. I started to get suspicious did some research and realised I was being ripped off Switched to willows and have been so impressed always happy to explain their findings and answer questions.
