This company is totally unreliable. They missed 3 services. I phoned after 2 missed services to be told they couldn’t be there before the date the next service was due. I phoned 3 days after the service due date to be told it would be another 2 weeks. I went away for 2 weeks in January, a service was due while I was away. I received the bill, but returned to a green pool. Do not use this company.
These guys and girls are friendly, reliable and just get the job done. Wether you need chemicals or pool components, or just want your water tested, they have it all. I don't bother with any one else.
Not knowing a lot about pools I was using another service in town costing me a fortune always recommending huge amounts of chemicals. Inconsistent and unreliable service. They are good and knowledgable when they turn up, but I've had so many issues with my monthly service that it's just not worth it. I've had to call and remind them service is due. They missed almost 3 months in a row. I called just after Christmas 2024 for them to say oh it was due to be done on the 20th we will send someone out. By that point, the huge rain had started turning my pool green! Extremely poor customer service! Told buy the owner that he didn't give a shit about the service of our pool after doing a complete no show for over a month! DO NOT USE THIS POOL SHOP!!
