My father was a resident at Willows for about 4 months and then we found a place closer to where my wife and I live so it was easier to take care of him. While he was there, he loved the food, staff, and was extremely happy with his apartment. My father even now sometimes says "I miss being at Willows"! Thank you to everyone at Willows Landing you made my father's transition from home life to Senior living facility easy and relaxing!
Malinda welcomed us with a warm smile and gave us a tour of the facility. We did not feel rushed and she was very helpful in answering our questions. Most impressive was how engaged she was with the residents as we walked around. She knew every name, greeted them, asked them questions and even made a connection with a military resident and introduced them to my father-in-law who is also a vet. The staff (team) at Willows Landing does an amazing job for special event parties. Most recently they had a Summer Sizzle Party. The chef did an amazing job getting the residents and guests their food as quick as he could! Other staff was available to help get everyone seated and also helped with food. There was also live music to serenade the guests! Kudos to all who put this event together. We can't wait for the Winter Holiday Party....so much food and visits from Santa!
Malinda gave us a very nice tour of the Willows Landing. She showed us the various rooms, dining room, chapel, library, and some apartments. She explained a lot of about living there, what was included in the monthly fees. She answered a lot of questions, and gave us tips on how to prepare for a move. We could sense her love for her job and the residents. It seems like a very comfortable place to live. Thank you for your time Malinda
I attended a breakfast here before an expo in the area. They did a wonderful job hosting the breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and kind -- Linda and Emily came around to say hello to us, and Malinda followed up after the fact. The community is gorgeous and very inviting.
