Wonderful store, merchandise, and wonderful ladies you work in/run the store! Purchased many things from this store and are so happy with everything I've ever gotten!!
Me and my mother were just in the shop about 15 minutes ago looking for a wedding gift. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service the two women there provided. When we first walked in, no one greeted us, but I ignored it since someone was checking out. But then we walked around the store for another 5-10 minutes ( we were the only ones in there ) and at no point were we asked how we were doing or if there was anything we were looking for. I was disappointed in my first visit. Seemed they did not think I was their "type" and sales associate was not friendly at all. Signs up advertising sales but wouldn't honor it.
I love this store. My sister, Lisa Haughton also shops there all the time.
