I wish I could give this dental office zero stars instead of five. My recent experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. After having a staff member dismissed, I was shocked to find that my upcoming appointment was canceled without any notice. I was just ten minutes away when I was made aware that the manager had decided to cancel my appointment, assuming I wouldn’t show up. Chantal was professional and courteous. She made me feel comfortable. All of the staff are pleasant.
After not going to the dentist for over six years, I finally made the step and came back, even though I was extremely nervous, but this dentist office made me feel so comfortable and did not judge me even though they totally should have!!! They are the nicest people and they leave me feeling so happy every time I leave the office. The front desk staff is incredible super helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough.
