Me and roommate went to tour at the willows at university and Sheldon provided us with exceptional customer service!!!! When we arrived he was taking a call on the phone, yet very attentive! He waved and acknowledged us making us feel welcomed! While we toured he was very in depth with everything and very accommodating! He provided us with all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. All of the staff was very friendly which you don’t see a lot these days.
