Dr. Hammond Called and spoke with me today and will refund me the $99.00 for Ava’s office visit fee. He apologized and explained that the young lady at check out was a new hire. I am pleased that Dr. Hammond cared enough to reach out to me, will refund the money, asked how Ava was doing today, and we will continue to use Willowrun and Dr. Hammond for our veterinary needs.
Very mixed review about Willowrun sadly. On July 5 I went to Willowrun Veterinary Hospital in Smithfield NC for the first time. My cat Ava had an ulcerated eye and it was determined that she needed her left eyeball removed. The cost would be $1,272.90 and follow up appointments were included. They had an opening for the surgery the next day on July 6th. It was performed by Dr. Hammond.
