I absolutely hate living in this community. The parking is terrible. So much so that it has caused parking wars with neighbors. The tow truck company lurks daily. They tow resident vehicles even though we PAY to live here! It is so uncomfortable wondering about your car in your living space. You have to register your car. They don’t tell you by what time. You’re only allotted so many hours a month. We have registered our cars between 7p-8p every night. They came on a Sunday and towed my car at 5pm! They’re closed on the week... read more
DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!!!! Unfortunately this place is ran by HOA who are incredibly power hungry and greedy. They work with a tow truck company, who tow home owner’s cars. They do everything but keep the actual neighborhood up. Alloting each house with a certain amount of hours (that aren’t even enough for every single day in the month), and if you run out you need to park outside of the gated community. The gag is that the doors connected to the fence are always jammed shut and broken, which sometimes makes it impossible ... read more
