I used to always go to Zappy‘s the Eastlake one but now I moved to Willowick both locations are absolutely horrendous. They need new machines. It doesn’t matter if you put change or your card you always have a problem. For example, the Willowick one the screen doesn’t work so thank God I know how to use the prompts or you just be sitting there not knowing what it’s doing. Eastlake, you can’t put quarters and I had a problem previously sent me a coupon. I put it in the machine and it ate it.
Machine took my money I never got a refund after filling a complaint online it's been 6 months no money back not to mention the Machine took my money several times. I think I learned my lesson not to go back yuk
Credit card machine didn’t work. Used cash instead and then the machine didn’t dispense the change.
1st time I went there it was closed. Second time I went there only one lane was open and six cars were in line. I left for the car wash down the street
