One of the things I appreciate about Willowick is the willingness to own our mistakes and to be transparent with residents, staff, and families. In the case of the review written by Michael Johnson, the information is inaccurate. Mr. Johnson's aunt and uncle were lovely people who we were privileged to serve for many years.
