Called today to inquire about my blood results and the male staff on the phone was extremely impatient and rude. While asking basic questions he was rude even though he interpreted my answers incorrectly. Please hire more patient and friendly staff to assist the public who may not have a good understanding of the Australian healthcare system.
Dr. Sheikh is very thorough creating a baseline with blood works and researching patient's history file. Dr. Sheikh is also a big supporter of those suffering menopause.
Male reception staff very rude.....not recomending this place to anyone.
I highly recommend Dr. Saima Sheikh. She is so skillful and so caring with my kids and I. One of the best doctors I have met.
