I’ve been seeing Dr. Shakib for the last four years and I can confidently say he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I usually have a hard time with vaccines and tend to faint, but he has always been so gentle and caring. He lets me lay down afterwards to make sure I’m feeling okay, which I really appreciate. I would give Dr. Shakib 10 stars if I could. I have never met a doctor who truly cares and listens to his patients’ needs the way he does. He has genuinely helped me a lot in my recovery process.
Dr. Zadeh has been my family doctor for four years, and she’s always been helpful and efficient. Most receptionists are polite and helpful. However, I had a difficult experience today with the receptionist with pink-highlighted hair. I calmly asked her twice if my prescription form could be signed by my doctor. She told me she would ask when the doctor came out of the room, but even after Dr. Zadeh came out a couple of times, the request wasn’t passed on. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I asked again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Doctors WILL NOT listen to you, WASTE your time, and one of them that I met was INCREDIBLY disrespectful when you ask them questions. Never in my life have I come across such a place where I felt so unheard. Additionally a note to the business, before coming at me with a response to my review asking me to “put my real name”, there is no reason for me to if I do not choose to. Your shady comments only further contribute to the negativity surrounding your clinic.
