Dr. Manezah is my family doctor and she is kind and professional, but unfortunately the reception and appointment booking system at this clinic has been extremely frustrating. During my pregnancy, I was only able to see my doctor once because I repeatedly received no responses when trying to book appointments. I saw Dr. Shakib because I had been dealing with frequent headaches, dizziness, and feeling unusually tired for over a week, which started to worry me. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and took my concerns seriously. He explained what might be causing it and what I should do next in a very clear and reassuring way. I felt much better after the visit and truly appreciated his professional and caring approach.
