I had a great customer experience here. I booked an appointment for my vision to get tested for a career opportunity. I found that the receptionist was very kind and respectful on the phone while being straightforward with scheduling as we as pricing. The test was priced very fairly compared to borderline delusional pricing that many optical offices had. And they also went beyond my expectations when I arrived. Excellent customer service! I was late for my appointment because of the traffic and lack of parking, but they were waiting for me. They were also flexible, accommodating according with my schedule. I felt that the eye examination was rigorous done. Michelle is a very pleasant person and her personal touch and attention to detail makes the difference. There is a pay parking near by, but during weekdays is full until 4.30-5.00 PM.
