My mom is in the long term care. It is horrible no pull ups, no kleenex out of food and drink for the patients. What is this place? My mom has bedsores on backside and feet and only getting worse there staff doctors are horrible. Yes complaint filed with state 2nd time.
This place is horrible my mom had a stroke was taken to Willowcrest for rehab when I toured the place they only showed me the east wing which is they're rehab unit when my mom was discharged from the hospital they claimed they had no rooms so they put her in the long term area that placed smelled horrible the patients are not well taken care of I buzzed the call button casse my mom had to use the bathroom and it took them half hour to come and ask what she wanted she said she needed to get help and that took another 15 minut... read more
