I had a very disappointing experience at Willow Creek Ranch in Tomball, Texas, particularly with their groomer, Cole. He was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of addressing a simple issue calmly, he chose to escalate the situation by threatening to charge me a fee for allegedly breaking a policy I was never properly informed about.
