If I could leave negative stars I would. I had an agreed deal with a deposit In place. On my way to pick up my truck they sold it to another buyer. A better deal I assume. The nonchalant attitude and lack of effort to make it right from the sales manager and sales dept is astounding. For a lack of a better term this dealership is bush league with zero character.
They have a nice-sized inventory, and prices are okay. However, based on my experience, the salesperson didn't know the car I was selling, even though I had asked about it before visiting the dealership. They did everything to close the deal, but were very unorganized and all over the place when explaining details and even delivering the vehicle. They said they were going to wash it and get it detailed before I got my vehicle, and the car was still super dirty, full of bugs. UPDATE They told me there was a spare key to it. W... read more
