I put 3 stars but its more of a 2.5, so I had bought a car in late September 2025 from this dealership. Everything was great for the first little bit loved it still continue to love it as it is the car I’ve been wanting forever but i will definitely not be going back to this dealership. Just bought a 2025 Ram from Willowbrook, my salesman Jordan Allen was awsome. He made the whole process easy and didn't try and sell me on extras. I will be back for my next truck for sure.
They get a low rating because when you tell them to lose your number they never do they call every couple of months trying to sell you another vehicle you tell them no thank you please take my name off the list two months later I’ll call you again and ask, they’re worse than creditors. I have even called the general manager and was told my file was deleted. Bought a 2022 charger rt off them and within the first 30 days i had a list of issues starting with them putting the wrong odometer reading on the paperwork then the connector for the airbag wasnt seated properly leading to a service airbag light popping up 2 weeks in and then in less than a month the check engine light comes on for a evap leak and every attempt ive made to reach out to them to have this resolved has resulted in the same conversation said person isnt in they will call you back only to never get a call back i... read more
