Every interaction was professional, friendly and helpful. I called in for a tankless service and the plumber showed up on time. He was very professional, completed the job thoroughly and answered all my questions.
Gary was on time, knowledgeable about what he was doing, used top quality parts, and even noticed and fixed mistakes made by previous plumbers. Highly recommended.
James did an excellent job unplugging my bathroom sink, explaining what caused the problem, and advising me on how to prevent it from recurring. He also replaced a shower head that was leaking due to a damaged hose. I appreciate that he had a new (reputable brand) shower head in his vehicle, which saved time from having to purchase one. James is professional, efficient, and polite, and the price was reasonable. I do not hesitate to recommend this company.
