I have been working here for about 8 years. I have seen a lot of different styles of management and some not so good but since Danaé has taken over, this building has seen positive changes. She has grown quite well into her executive director position and truly cares about staff, residents and families. She treats everyone with respect and dignity. We were recommended to Willowbrook Place by several different people, including those who work in the memory facility world. After lots of talking, texts, and phone calls we made the extremely emotional and difficult decision to place my mom in their care. Since arrival, the staff has been very communicative, helpful, compassionate, and kind. After thoughtful consideration and touring several Memory Care facilities in Littleton, my family chose Willowbrook Place for my dad, who suffered from Alzheimers. It was a gut wrenching decision, but we knew that Dad needed more help than what he was getting living independently; mostly isolated during COVID. My friend is at this facility and it has been less than 200 days in. We were very happy when we first arrived! Since they had multiple turnover in Staff and management, the facility is on a decline! We are truly concerned with the care we are receiving since the changing of the guards. I am looking for respect for my friend and the utmost importance is the over all CARE! It has rapidly declined!!!.
I recommend Willowbrook Place highly for memory care for your loved one. Each person gets good care and attention from a dedicated staff.
