Very disappointed this time around. Guy i did my refill with never put it thru. The guy I talked to today didn't seem to care either (Corey). Jonathan was my favorite but he has not answered phone lately so not sure if he is still there.
Unrivaled incompetence for a pharmacy.
Great so far. They have been my go to for a difficult prescription to fill at the major pharmacies. I always get a text message when my prescription is ready. When I do call everybody that I talk to on the phone has been friendly and accommodating. Hopefully it continues to be this way in the future because I’m switching my medication’s over.
0/10- avoid the headache! There's an employee named Cory that seems to be the only one i can get on the phone, and when I had questions he gave me a condescending attitude and rudeness. I got a call Thursday saying my medication is ready, but they can't ship to a PO Box, I'd have to pick it up. I made the 1.5 hour trip there the next day for the staff to inform me they didn't actually have it, they had to order it. I was annoyed about wasting time and gas, but the employees were kind.
