The worst experience. I renewed a prescription THREE weeks ago and have called multiple times for updates, providing everything they said they needed. I called again today, only to find out that it still had not even been processed. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of service, especially for a very common, everyday medication. On top of that, they charge significantly more than other pharmacies. I’ve transferred my prescription and am officially done with them. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Terrible delivery service never on time! Terrible Customer service and this medication is something I need for quality of life. Will not use them again. Would give them 0 stars if possible.
Worst experience ever with a pharmacy. I put my order in a week ago and they haven't even started it yet. I arrive and there are 7 people behind the counter - six are on their phones. Why does my doctor insist I get my medication here? Something fishy is going on with this place.

The best pharmacy ever—absolutely the best. Willowbrook has an army of hardworking, knowledgeable, and empathetic employees. One day, while I was talking to the cashier about an incredibly difficult situation with my mother, who has dementia, a pharmacist overheard our conversation. He printed out helpful instructions, came over to speak with me personally, and recommended over-the-counter medications that could help. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and compassion.
