Called this clinic several times this weekend and nobody answered. When somebody finally picked up, they hung up on me mid question. Ridiculous!

I came to Willowbrook Optometry for a last minute exam. I saw Dr. Pourvali for my exam and she was kind and very informative. The front desk staff and the techs were fantastic as well. I would recommend Dr. Pourvali and the clinic to anyone looking to get a comprehensive eye exam!
Didn’t know which clinic to call when I had an eye emergency, but I’m so glad I chose this one. They fit me in right away, and even though the office was busy, everyone was welcoming and patient, which really helped since I was anxious. Dr. Soor was very thorough with my exam, and I left feeling like my visit was completely worth it. The front desk staff were awesome, and the tech was great too! I really appreciate the care here and will definitely be coming back for my next eye exam
It was a surprise to realize that the one who treated us so poorly was the doctor herself, because one expects the staff to care less about the company's image or customer service. To my surprise, the staff had more human quality than the doctor, who looked at us like cockroaches since my 16-year-old son and I didn't know the brand of his contact lenses.
