Last Friday [27 June 2025], both my credit cards would not register with their credit card reader. I am disabled - wheelchair bound and relied on HandyDart to get to the Optometrist appointment - no simple task I can assure you. At first the receptionist [young] told me to make another appointment and make other arrangements to pay the Optometrist fee. Been using this same optometrist office for close to 20 years but will no longer. My previous visit I had to wait days to be able to reach a receptionist by phone. I finally ordered my contacts and waited a week without a call saying they arrived so I went into the office to only find out the order was never placed. Had to wait another week for them to actually arrive. This newest visit was even worse.
