I am a GP & our family have been with this surgery for 13 yrs. It’s disheartening to have to write a review about my own colleagues but this specific practice has a culture of creating hurdles for service users making deliberate efforts to dissuade them from attending surgery. A simple thing like getting a repeat prescription or booking appointment are met with extreme resistance. Staff answering calls are very unhelpful, robotic & devoid of empathy. I was just transferred to this center and for over two days I have been calling and have been on list above 30 with no response from them or picking my calls, This is so bad, people don't just go to the GP unless they have issues, so why are the GPs not responding to patients.

I've visited on 28/09/2023 as I couldn't get through on the phone, and the receptionist was simply rude! From previous experience, once you get through red tape and receptionists desk, doctors are actually good.

My mother and father's experience has been reasonable given the resources that the practice has and pressures that the staff are under. Thank you WMC.

The administration and management of this place is a danger to health - 3 blood tests cancelled in a row, some without notice. No regard for why the tests are needed. Receptionists with tyranny issues / god complex make it impossible to resolve issues. I’m switching GPs.
