Very nice place with excellent service
I am currently in the ER . I sliced my foot open and bleeding all over the place . I told them I was in pain and felt something in the deep cut. Nurse said I will go right back when they clean a room. I have been here for 45min now but two people with cold or flu have been seen now. Here's hoping I don't bleeding out before I'm seen. - sincerely yours Mr Disappointed
Very nice people, that's the only positive. Early morning appointment already runs 40 min late. Phoning them is impossible: you will be redirected to the central scheduling and be on hold for at least 10 minutes. Impossible to schedule image pick-up: walk-ins only AND huge wait for the images to be available. Do not recommend this facility if you have a busy schedule. We always get an appointment first and all goes well. We belong to Hermann Memorial Medicare Advantage which is in network and accepted here. Very professional, friendly, for imaging and evaluation.
