Absolutely horrible. Communication is terrible and price gouging is out of control. This place is a total money trap. NEVER again will I take my car here. Here's what happened in a nut shell: I took my car here for a routine oil change and for them to check why the passenger air bag light was on. Luis called me to tell me that they need to hook up to diagnostics to figure out why. He says if they find something the repairs start at $195. If covered by warranty then price is covered, if it's not then I have to pay. Ok sounds ... read more

This place is AWFUL don’t take your car here , it gouges its customers and should be ashamed for what they do, check engine light was on for my vehicle being that I have warranty, and concerned I brought it here made appointment for 2pm was on time received a call from Sam at 3:18pm that my gas cap was loose and losing air that’s what triggered check engine light and that I would be charged $195 dollars for mechanics time and diagnostics, I’m all for paying for service but $195 to hook up car to computer that gives back info... read more
I recently experienced a blowout on the way to River Grove and was barely able to get the car to Willow Brook Ford's service department. The agency courteously and expertly replaced the tire. Diana was marvelous in her help, and I am forever appreciative of her and Willow Brook Ford for resolving my road hazard catastrophe. I recommend their effective service without hesitation.
