Awful customer service
Great people to deal with!!
Terrible dishonest dealership. We bought our daughter a used 2015 escape with our hard earned money. Paid cash for it. Suddenly all the gauges started going out 1 by 1. Fuel guage doesn’t work, speedometer doesn’t work, odometer doesn’t work, heat doesn’t work. Took it to Fair Oaks ford to get diagnosed because we know people there. They said half the electrical system has been reworked using tin foil, electrical tape and house wiring.
