I made an appointment for a recall service and took a day off from work. When I arrived, the staff told me that I was supposed to call to confirm the appointment, and they didn’t have anyone available to take care of my car. Very disappointing.
Poor customer service. Dan, your auto parts manager, was hostile for no reason! My dad only had a question about a return; however, there was no explanation until the issue was escalated to the assistant general manager. Your employees need better training on how to interact with the public and articulate policy without being rude, short, or unresponsive. Lack of professionalism will make you lose business.
