The HOA Board and Management is best described as 'Hit and Miss'. In the 15+ years living here, I've come to acknowledge that Owning and Occupying my residence is a thrill ride to be had. You can choose to ride or not, you just cannot choose the other patrons who fill the remaining seats.

Personally I don’t live here but i do have a friend that I visit who does, from what i have seen the place could really use some updating as well as basic maintenance done in the common areas of the buildings. I also would like to note that from an outside perspective the HOA person that responds needs to understand that potential residents of the property can see your responses and I must say, very unprofessional and borderline potential libel lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm reading these negative reviews & I am seriously surprised. I have lived here almost 25 years. I haven't come in contact with any of these issues. Yes, the HOA wants the Willows to follow certain standards & fines can be a little steep, but my neighbors are just like all neighborhoods, some get along with & some like to be left to their privacy. I do wish the condo fees were more reasonable, but the cost of living is still going higher every year & wars breaking out all over enter in to most of these high living costs. I ... read more

HOA here is very fishy and should be audited. They upped the HOA fee at a significant rate then also took out almost $1 million dollar at a 5.48% where they require the residents to pay monthly in addition to the hoa fund.
