This was the worst car wash I have ever been to. After washing my car at this car wash I got one big scratch and a few small scratches on the driver side. First of all the car was not wash good. Spoke to one of the staff telling her I went to another car wash and they did a good job washing my car. She asked me how much I made for my car wash at the other place. The worst ever! The employee leading the cars into the car wash was not paying attention and misguided my car. Then had me back up and a rain guard got caught because he had me run over the guard rail. The owner came out screaming at me as if it was my fault. Then screamed at me for holding up traffic and he is not paying for the damage to my car. Their prices have doubled from their original rate for a basic wash. They do not have any signage anywhere to indicate the new price increases. You're forced to have to pay the increase, because once on line, there is no way to exit. This is unacceptable. They should be forced to post their prices on the menu before you get in line.

They couldn't wash my car twice. They are machines out of date and not maintain well. Someone or department they have to check them. Should not open like this business without check them regularly. They can damage the car without getting any responsibility and cost us lots of money.
