Re modeling looking good
It’s wonderful apartment to move in but the office lady is a u know what but its always the black people who try and make you lose everything the manager is a evil person she will try & set you up I only left one star because the manager is a rude & low down person
went through the entire process to get a 1 bedroom however as my moma stepped away to call me to let me know ms.jasmine signed my money orders and was gonna take my application I just had to send her a pdf version of a letter that was already sent to her, as my mom walked out someone else walked in & she took their application over mines … no problem , my mom asked her would i be able to get my money back although she already signed the money orders she replied “yes I didn’t remove the bottom portion” but that wasn’t true. n... read more
If I could give a negative star I would. The office staff are VERY unprofessional. My mom & I have been here for a while & it didnt start off this way but recently its gotten out of hand. Constantly call & request maintenance help, the calls get ignored until the problem worsens then they try to blame the tenant and charge the tenant to fix the problem. Office staff are VERY rude to tenants on the phone when calling for help. If the issues dont directly affect them they do not care, as long as you pay the rent on time its fi... read more
