Hello, I had an apartment fire in December, at Aston Glen Apartments. It was an electrical fire within the wall of the unit from a faulty outlet. I was out of work unpaid for several weeks trying to get everything situated. It happened about a week before Christmas. I was displaced. I was shown other apartments at Willowbrook apartments. Upon moving into the new unit, my rent increased. They had me sign a new 15 month lease, which I didn’t think was just. I actively live here and overall it's not a bad place to live. Very convenient to shops and major highways. The biggest and most annoying complaint is parking. PARKING IS TERRIBLEEEEEE! How can you charge this amount of money and I have to walk a hefty distance to get home.
Great community! The staff are friendly and efficient and neighbors are friendly.
First, maintenance does not do their job like they are suppose to. Been waiting a month to get the ac fix. On top of that to be a resident you have to have a credit check which makes no sense if you’re not going on the lease. Not a reasonable place to live for the price. Too many red flags. I wouldn’t recommend. Also, I will be reporting them to the county for not fixing the ac in an appropriate time.
