I used to like this apartment complex and I've been here for over 7 years but they always increase the rent about $100 every year, and today in 2024 they want to increase my rent from $1,300 to 1900 without being luxury Apartments. I think is time to look for legal Assistant and start looking somewhere to move. They're just squeezing people's life which it Makes it really hard for all of us to purchase food when you have to give so much of your income to the rent and especially places like this that keep increasing the price... read more
Hello, I had an apartment fire in December, at Aston Glen Apartments. It was an electrical fire within the wall of the unit from a faulty outlet. I was out of work unpaid for several weeks trying to get everything situated. It happened about a week before Christmas. I was displaced. I was shown other apartments at Willowbrook apartments. Upon moving into the new unit, my rent increased. They had me sign a new 15 month lease, which I didn’t think was just. I actively live here and overall it's not a bad place to live. Very convenient to shops and major highways. The biggest and most annoying complaint is parking. PARKING IS TERRIBLEEEEEE! How can you charge this amount of money and I have to walk a hefty distance to get home.
Great community! The staff are friendly and efficient and neighbors are friendly.
