We took our one year old frenchie in Friday night at 8pm because our regular vet was closed, and were immediately seen and the staff were so kind and straight forward. You know they have your pet's best care in mind. Our dog ended up having pyometra and required an immediate spaying to prevent serious issues. We had our 4 month old puppy suddenly become very sick and suspected she ate something while at the park. Our regular vet was too busy / full to help and recommended Willowbrook Animal Hospital. We were invited to come right down where they assessed her, gave us an estimate and assured sure they would help her. 5 hours later she is now home safe and on the mend from Suspected opioid ingestion. This our first experience with them and cannot express how grateful we are for their kindness and knowledge.
Everyone at Willowbrook Animal hospital has been great, very kind and friendly. They dont overcharge and the prices are reasonable.
They were very rough and unkind with my puppies first vet visit and traumatized her for life. We were in for her first checkup and when the vet looked inside her ears he was hurting her and she was screaming but he held her down and forced the scope into her ears hurting her. It was so upsetting even I was crying. We still struggle five years later with the vet or anything to do with her ears.
When every other vet’s phone line was colder than a January foxhole, Dr. Bath and his crew answered the call. No fluff, no nonsense. He was straight to the point, honest, and handled my pup like it was mission-critical, because it was. I drove up from the US on nothing but hope and a prayer, and this office delivered like a well-trained unit under fire.
