UPDATE: we got the results in from the testing done at our new vet. When we came here for our cats skin condition, after the vet said he didnt really know what it was we SPECIFICALLY ASKED the vet if it could be ringworm. He looked puzzled for a second, took the cat into the back room to test and said "no it isnt ringworm". Guess what? ITS RINGWORM!!! He seemed clueless when we came in and now i know for sure he was. I recently had a disappointing experience at this place with my cat. I took him in because he had some dry, hairless patches on his right ear that I noticed about three weeks ago. The vet assured us that it didn’t look serious and prescribed a steroid cream, which cost $150. Unfortunately, after using the cream for a few days, the condition worsened, so we decided to stop. I have been taking my Dogs here for probably 10 years or more... Dr. Bath had always treated us well, and made an effort not to price gouge for small things.. My most recent visit I see that they have done an expansion to the clinic.. A vet visit used to cost us between 2-300 bucks on average including any medication that may have been needed.. My last visit I was charged over $400.. And not only that.. I was requested to bring my dog back in a few days for a follow up (which used to be no charge).. and I was dinged another ... read more
The vet here clearly has no idea what he is doing, seemed unsure and gave us medicine that made the situation worse while charging us an arm and a leg. Went somewhere else and they figured it out right away. Save your money, go somewhere else
Couldnt believe it ,phoned at 7 with emergency issues with our frenchie,we arrived there at 8 and straight in, doctor Bhandal took our precious little bella in right away , check up was very thorough and no upselling . We will definitely be changing vets, they have my buisness , thank you.
