I have been going to this office for 10 plus years with 3 different dogs. The latest visit was the worst, I brought my dog to have her nails clipped, I was called on the phone to pick her up as the technicians said they could not cut all her nails, to come back tomorrow and give her this medication to drug her so she was calmer. Came back the 2nd day for them to tell me they still were not able to cut all her nails even thow she was drugged and this time 2 technicians were handling her.
