If you are looking for good counselling/therapies who are professional - Willowbridge is NOT the place to attend. As you can see, there are many bad reviews and low ratings. I scheduled an appointment for a men’s session, as other services were “full and not moving at all - will be a very long wait.” I was fine with this, as I am just starting out in getting some help. PLEASE don't waste your time here, I cannot emphasize this enough!!! It's waaaayyy too long of a waitlist and when you finally get in, you get passed on to four or five different therapists since it seems like the counsellors resign as quick as they started. Such a big waste of time and money. It's unfortunate considering some of the counsellors were great but I HATED having to disclose my personal issues and trauma to different people just so I can get help. Truly such a terrible experience!!!
After being on a long wait list and finally being granted 6 sessions. I was put with a new counselor every two sessions. Basically having enough time to re-explain myself and why I was there and go through my trama 3 separate times before I asked for more sessions. At that point I was only given 2 more so I got 4 sessions with one person. The last session was short and a "wrap up" find somewhere else if you want actual help
I truly believe that all client calls should be returned and this place does not adhere to this standard. I've left multiple voicemail messages and sent one email during these past few weeks and no one returned my inquiry. Finally, I showed up at their office! Very disappointing how they treat clients.
You think you are sitting on a waiting list for years when THEY HAVE REMOVED ME OR DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PUT ME ON THE LIST 🤬 NOT RECOMMENDING. ONE LADIES HUSBAND WORKS FOR THE CAS WHILE SHE IS THE COUNCILLOR THE CAS HAS WILLOWBRIDGE USE AND REPORTS BACK TO CAS 🤬
