Was on a 2-3 year waitlist ... which they told me all their programs rn have a 3 month waitlist ... they confirmed i was on the list still with my sister at her last appointment. Then I got a call saying you've never had a file with us . The lady at the desk did update my number on the file . And now its missing ? Like what did I do ? A counselor called me i requested to speak to a supervisor which she kept ignoring my request for . I have the best worker ever Tasha and everyone at Willowbridge has excellent customer service everyone is friendly!
If you are looking for good counselling/therapies who are professional - Willowbridge is NOT the place to attend. As you can see, there are many bad reviews and low ratings. I scheduled an appointment for a men’s session, as other services were “full and not moving at all - will be a very long wait.” I was fine with this, as I am just starting out in getting some help.
