I've never experienced customer service with a medical establishment quite like I have recently. My mom and I both see providers here and were told they no longer accept our insurance. Our insurance company insists they do. When I called the front desk staff said no they don't, other chimed in yes they do. Eventually they landed on no they don't. Review for office policy. I had a physical appt, I called 10 minutes earlier than my appt time because I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late (less than 10 minutes). I was told I could not be seen and would need to reschedule as my check in time was X and my appt time is Y. Well, my reminder text never had a check in time, nor am I going to show up 20 minutes early to wait. People have jobs. Can't get another appointment for 2 months. This review is of the office management at this practice, not the doctors or medical care. Waited 40 minutes in the room with no updates from staff on the doctor running behind. Expressed my concerns to the front desk who lacked any interest and was dismissive, offering excuses instead of an apology or accountability for a doctor that is known to run behind. Office management should be more proactive and allot larger appointment segments for doctors who frequently run behind or schedule less patients. Office management needs... read more
My kids been going here their whole life, my son’s 19 and my daughter’s 11. They are great awesome doctors awesome nurse is awesome receptionists. Really really like them a lot they go above and beyond
Love Dr Claussen. But the office is very hard to contact or get someone to answer the phone.
