I chose Willowbend Family practice first as they were associated to CatholicMedical where my cardiologist was located. I have stayed at Willowbend Family Practice because of everything from questions I had, help I needed, feeling at ease with my practitioner, to knowledge of the nurse, and my smiling on my way out the door is why I chose WillowbendFamily Practice.
Place was so nice.. nice staff
I used to love it here. HCA KILLED them. You are no longer a patient, you are now but a number. Nevermind their billing practices which have now become shady…..i left, cannot tolerate such incompetence.
I love Brittany Kearney, this review is not about her. I’m not happy with this practice. Was suppose to have my yearly physical today, but they got a new system last June so my appt “never transferred over to the new system, but there’s nothing they can do about it now.” Even worse, the next available appt they have for me is January 2027, even though they made the mistake. I’ve been with CMC forever and the fact this is how I’m treated is disheartening.
This practice is top notch. Great communication from beginning to end of appointment. Made for a quick , easy, and understanding visit.
