Impossible to get in for appointments to see pcp
Willowbend Family Practice is a first class organization. From the front desk to the doctors they do a great job explaining everything. I would recommend this family practice to anyone. Great place to go when you are not feeling well. Yours truly, Jeffrey Viel
We were switched to this provider from a different provider when their sister office in Bedford shut down. It has been more than 6 montjs and We have not yet been scheduled to meet my daughter's new provider. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get anything from this new provider. I highly recommend you choose somewhere else for your pediatric care as these providers are just increasing their panel size but not actually caring for their panel.
This has been my primary care office for years and I am saddened at how awful they have become. The front office workers are always on the phone and running around complaining about the patients. They are not discrete when mentioning your personal and confidential information. They are no longer wearing gloves when caring for their patients and everytime I go there they have new medical staff training.
